What is the Experience Calculator?

Recruiters and background checks often need your total experience in years and months.

How does it work?

Each job’s start and end dates (both inclusive) are merged so overlaps are not double-counted, then the total days are converted to years and months.

Formula

Experience = Σ merged days ÷ 365.25

Example

July 2018 – March 2021 plus April 2021 to today totals the combined span with no double-counting.
